Learning...

So I started tracking my calories on Monday and I am in shock. Here I thought I was eating too many points and that is why I haven't been seeing the scale move, turns out with 19 points/day I am averaging between 1100-1190 calories...I should be eating at least 1200 calories everyday. I am going to continue to track in both and make sure I am calculating correctly. I lost my first 20 lbs. following the points system to a T. I ate all APs and most of my FPs every week....when I did this I lost 2+ lbs a week, consistently. Lately I have been limiting the use of my FPs and trying to not touch my APs...all I can say is there IS a reason for these.

I am exhausted this morning. We had a send-off party for one of my longtime co-workers last night and I stayed out LATE! Luckily Derek was at home because I was supposed to watch Rosie last night and I would never had made it home in time. I had about 3.5 beers and managed to say NO to all the bar food. I made a small dinner when I got home and hit the sack. I know it's not good to eat right before bed, but I hadn't eaten much that day and I needed something to settle the buzz.

I am so ready to get today done with. I can't wait to get this holiday weekend started!! I might make it out to the State Fair, I just need to make sure I don't go there hungry...mmmm...so many good treats. Alright, I a will be checking around on everyone...I have been pretty quiet this week so I need to get back into the routine!

Enjoy your weekend!!

I have always wondered how you survived on 19 points a day. I bet if you up the points you will see a big less. My old leader always said you have to eat more to lose. There may be something to all that talk, huh?? :) Good luck!!

Yeah i went to the NY state fair yesturday, it was tough but i think i did ok. I split a piece of pizza with a friend, i didn't want it at all but I had to eat.

You're doing great. I think its better to be under points then over. I know oce you raise them you'll see major results.
