A new week!

I was so happy my WW week was starting fresh yesterday, I really felt like I needed the goals I set and a clean slate (or plate, whatever). I stayed focused all day, actually I kept busy and that meant I didn't have time to think about food. I woke up this morning to update you all and I was shocked when I saw all the comments waiting to be approved. Seriously, you are all so great! It really means a lot to know you are out there and watching my back! Many of you agreed I need to start using more APs. I am definitely going to track these better and use any APs over 4 I earn in the day. Since my walk is in 8 days I am less concerned with a loss and more concerned with being nutritionally ready for this walk!
On another note, I was doing some thinking after my blog yesterday and realized that if Flow is on the way there is a VERY good chance she could visit during my walk. I usually get my cramps and cravings the week prior (this week) and the actual visit comes the following Wed. I have never done this before so if any of you have and have advice, PLEASE comment!! I am thinking of stretching my month out, I think I can just start a new pack of pills on Sunday and skip the WEEK. I am not sure if this would make my PMS a week longer or what. I wish I would have thought about this sooner, I hate playing with meds. Any ideas???
This barbie is playing golf today, I am so excited. I have been a closet golfer since I was young but none of my friends enjoy it so I don't get to play much anymore. A couple weeks ago I was asked by my company to represent us in a golf tournament supporting Women Contractors...this really hit home for me so I agreed! I am not at all nervous for the actual golfing, but we are being served lunch and dinner at this thing and that scares me A LOT. Hopefully I can just watch the portions and make some healthy choices, we will see. I won't be around this afternoon but will be checking up on everyone tonight.

Here are my goals for the week:

I have been told that the first month you try to skip while on the pill you will still have break through bleeding and maybe even still have your period. I've never done it b/c like you I don't like to mess with meds and I don't like to mess with mother nature.

You rocked your goals yesterday! That's awesome!!!

I used to take 3 pill pacs in a row before Seasonale was put out on the market--you only have a "quarterly report" when you take Seasonale. My body is used to it now but you may experience break thru bleeding if you extend yours a week(since your body isn't use to it). I know some don't like to mess with mother nature, but just think only 4 times a year---and I just saw the doc and asked her that very question about it being "not natural" and she had no concerns what so ever....it's just a matter of preference. She also said that by extending your pills for 3 months instead of 3 weeks, it just produces less of the "lining" we girls shed every month....hope this helps.
