I had an interesting Monday. I stayed OP during most of the day but had to rush home early to get to the dentist about an hour away (it usually wouldn't take this long but with the Bridge down traffic is crazy). I knew I wasn't going to be able to make dinner until late so I grabbed a couple oreos (BAD Matty, VERY BAD). My appointment started late and lasted about an hour, I am happy to have this first one out of the way though. I have to have some work done on my teeth because I grind them in my sleep and they want to get them "pretty" before I start wearing a retainer at night.
We got back home around 6:30 and I started dinner right away. I browned a small round steak in the pan and added some frozen veggies and szechaun sauce. It was great and very filling. Derek ran out to fill the car up with gas and get some cash for the week and I decided to make some Haystacks. Apparently I had something wrong, I tried making it like Swizzle with my Better'n Peanut Butter and chocolate chips. I threw them in the microwave and patiently waited, stirred them after 30 seconds and threw them back in...waited and then BOOM, a small explosion and my PB was on fire!!!! I don't know what happened, nothing is wrong with my microwave, it was the PB that started on fire (a little scary). Anyways Derek of course walks in before I had time to get the smell or mess cleaned out, fortunately he found it hilarious. While he was out he decided to pick us both up ice cream from McDs, I didn't have the points but it was very thoughtful of him. I ate most of it because I was pissed about the fire.
Mondays are USUALLY one of my favorite nights because I TiVo Army Wives and A Side Order of Life on Sunday and we always watch them in bed on Monday. I was so excited so I threw on my comfys, grabbed my ice cream and litterally JUMPED onto the bed. Apparently I had really bad luck or something yesterday because as I jumped onto the bed part of the frame ripped completely out and the entire mattress fell. I seriously almost started to cry, all I could say is "am I really that Fat???". Again, Derek found my misfortune to be hilarious and got me to laugh it off. We ended up sleeping on the broken bed anyways! Ahhh...thank goodness it's a new day!

Girl, you are NOT fat! Puh-lease! I found it comical too. Sorry to laugh, but that sounds like a day *I* would have!!
And the PB caught on fire?!?! Is that something I want to put in my body?? I'm not sure....

ROFLMAO- Oreos are the "perfect" food to eat before a dentist appointment!! I used to work in a dentists office- there's nothing like little black chocolate specs stuck all over! :D
PB on fire is scary. Maybe you're microwave us SUPER strong? I only nuked 1 TBS with the chips then added teh 2nd TBS after I saw that the mixture was a bit dry. I'd call it a bad luck moment and try it once more. If it catches fire again then you may want to call the company cuz that is scary!
Mine did bubble after 30 seconds which is why I didn't go bast 30 seconds but no fire.
Now for the bed, you are NOT FAT! My sister did that to my paren't bed a few weeks ago. She was running and jumped on the bed and BAM down it went and it's a new bed. I'm guessing that new beds aren't meant to be jumped on like before.
I too got a bit of a chuckle from the 2 incidents but I'm sure it's because they didn't happen to me and the way you wrote them. I'm always doing things like tripping on my own feet, almost falling out of bed, whatever, so when something goofy/clumsy happens to someone else it makes me laugh :)
