4 Days and counting!

First thing I did when I got to work this morning was check the 7 day forecast...77 and partly cloudy Friday-Sunday!! Keep your fingers crossed and pray for this to stay true!! We have had rain the last 2 days and it's chilly, I can't imagine three days of walking in the rain though.

My training has really turned a new page, I am in the final stretch as Derek calls it. Friday night flew by, I did manage to get a long walk in though. Saturday was Moms 50th birthday party. I was so busy all day that I somehow managed to just pick at the foods. I still counted each bite modestly. Also got a long walk in that morning before heading to my parents to set up.

Sunday was a long day. Something didn't sit well with Derek at the party and he got sick early Sunday morning...let's just say, he didn't make it to the bathroom. I ended up having to get the steam vac and spend almost 2 hours working on the carpet. I can't even see it anymore, he is SO LUCKY!!! We were supposed to go to the Twins game but since Derek wasn't feeling great, I decided I would just stay home and get on the treadmill, 8 mile run!!! I got a bunch of stuff done around the house and took it easy.

Here are my goals for the week:
* Follow the Wendie plan for a second week. Days 3, 4 and 5 DONE!
* Eat 5 servings fruit and veggies EVERYDAY! Friday was great, Saturday and Sunday I got them in, just not as easy.
* Drink 100 oz. of water daily. Friday I got well over 100 oz. in. Saturday and Sunday I hate to say I barely drank anything, hopefully I get back into routine without bloating.
* Get in at least 1 activity point everyday. WOOHOO!! I got over 4 each day!
* Get in at least 4 long walks or runs (6-12 miles). 3 walks down, I have my fourth planned tonight!
* Use any APs earned above 4 in a day. Although I didn't track them, I definitely used my extra APs in BLTs!
