Friday finished off well. I went for a 4 mile run after work and had a small slice of pizza and a large salad for dinner. I didn't have a ton of energy so we ended up staying in and watching a movie.
Saturday morning I woke up early and met up with two of my girlfriends for a 10 mile run. I was dying by the end and all I wanted to do was get my sneakers off and lay up in bed. When I finally did get home Derek was playing video games, I begged for a little foot massage but he was anxious to get out of the house to do something. I showered and got ready. We ended up going to Panera Bread for a sandwich and walking around the mall a bit (my legs felt like the weighed about 100 lbs. so I didn't last long). Derek dropped me off at home so I could nap and woke me up at about 4:30 so we could go to my Aunts house to baby-sit. Somehow I got the energy to lug a 6 and 2 year-old to the park for an hour, get them to take baths and managed to have them in bed before 9. I cannot tell you how glad I was when they went down, I was exhausted.
Sunday was a lazy day. My Aunt got home at about 1:30 am so we didn't get to bed until after 2. It was a little after 11 before we were up and dressed for the day. We went grocery shopping, I took care of some work from home, cleaned up the house, took an afternoon nap and made dinner. Meals were almost a chore for me this weekend. Nothing sounded "good" to me and I wanted to splurge A LOT. I stayed within my points though, had a little problem with the Oreos Derek bought (never again). We decided at about 7:30 to go out for a run, we headed a new way and must have been about 2.5 miles away from the house when I realized I had to go! I thought I was going to wet my pants. I started to really push myself and speed up but it made things worse. We finally took a short cut through some streets and got to a gas station. I was seriously holding myself at this point...GO FIGURE...out of order!!! I wasn't going to make it home so I ran into the woods behind the gas station and relieved myself. I have never had to go so badly on a run before. I still haven't heard the last of it from Derek, so funny!
Anyways, that gets you to today. My legs are feeling okay, I may have pushed my knee a little hard but it isn't too bad. Derek is worried about my eating habits while training these next couple of weeks. I have been really low on energy, to the point I am taking 1-2 naps EVERY day. I don't take naps so this is a little strange for me. While I was studying for my undergraduate I had Mononucleosis twice and Derek wants me to get checked again. With the stress from work and training he has noticed a big difference in my energy levels. I honestly don't feel like I did when I had Mono so I don't think that is the problem. I am able to get myself out of bed in the mornings and I am getting out of the house (a little). I may call the doctor today and get checked out.
I think that catches you up for the weekend. Not much going on here. I am alone at work this week so I am hoping nothing too exciting comes up!! Have a great day!

Sounds like you had a good weekend, but man sounds like you were exhausted. How are you going to do 20 miles per day in the 3 day walk?? You should definitely get checked out. You don't want to miss the 3 day when you have been training so hard!
Naughty = snooping. Well technically I wasn't snooping but I came across the super secret suprise! I feel really bad about finding it, haven't told him I found it!
