I don't feel much like talking today, but I wanted to check in regardless. I had WI this morning. I was down to 123 (from 124 last week). I thought for sure I would see 122 on that metal devil, but I think it might be some water retention.
I got to the gym yesterday, 30 minutes of running on the treadmill and 30 minutes of strength (legs, calf's, thighs, buttocks). I feel great today, you might even say I feel thin today. I will go to the gym today for cardio and arms.

Congrats on the loss and for going to the gym! You'll see your old weight soon enough!
It's probably water.....next week, for sure, you'll see your good buddy Mr. 122! Way to go on jumping back into the gym.......I was off for 2 weeks and I'm just now starting to feel back to my old self - you are my hero for just sucking it up!!
Also, because I know you will, please say a prayer for me - I'm going through some issues with hubby and I need some divine direction.......mostly I'm trying to keep my mouth shut and let God work it out but that's easier said than done.....when you hurt it is really hard to just be quiet. Anyway, if you get time, say a prayer for me??? Thanks for being such an awesome friend - {{{HUGS}}}
wow - you rocked it out at the gym yesterday!!!! I agree with everyone else the scale will be much nicer to you soon!
