Yesterday went alright, it could have been better though. I went out to lunch with a co-worker and still had plenty of points left but then I went to the vending machine, had dinner and proceeded to munch on a couple snacks at the house. I didn't get any training in, I was too tired and it was getting late. We are leaving for the cabin as soon as I get out of work this afternoon so I won't get out tonight either. I packed a good breakfast and lunch and I am hoping we can stop at subway or something other then a drive thru for dinner. We will see!!
Well, I won't be around until Monday morning so I hope everyone has a great OP weekend. I will be catching up on everyone first thing when I get home!!!!

Thats so awesome that you are feeling so much more confident with yourself!! Congrats with this accomplishment!! I think its what we need to suceed, and you got it!!!
That's a huge accomplishment. You have done so well and should be proud of how far you have come. I hope that one day I can be comfortable in my own skin to not even look in the mirror when I leave the house. That would be huge! Congrats to you!
Congrats on the NSV! Good for you! Oh before I forget...are you doing a special sort of class to train for the 3 day or just going at it on your own or w/ friends? It sounds like an amazing way to keep in shape...kudos to you for all your hard work!
