
I am feeling a little lazy today and I am craving something spicy. I have a box of Morningstar Buffalo Wings (5 strips @ 4 points) and some TJ's pizza dough. I am thinking I will attempt making a Buffalo Chicken pizza.
I'm not sure exactly how to go about it yet, if you have any ideas let me know, I will let you know how it goes!!!
UPDATE: Well this is what I ended up making. I split the dough in half and spread about 1/4 cup of Fat Free Blue Cheese Dressing on top of the dough. Sprinkled with about 1/4 cup of Reduced Fat Crumbled Blue Cheese and Mozzarella Mixture and topped with the cut up chicken strips (5 of them). I baked according to the package. When it came out I sprinkled about 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce on top and served with salsa. This sounds so weird but it was actually pretty good. If I made it again I think I would add some Fat Free Sour Cream to the dressing to make more of a sauce. I should have snapped a picture but I was a bit overwhelmed with other things last night.
