He would die if he knew I was sharing this!

I had Rosie last night and so we decided to set up her kiddie pool on the deck, it was about 95 degrees and humid! She loved it, and so did Derek. The two of them hung out and splashed around for about an hour while I cleaned up and made dinner. I managed to steal a couple of photos and thought I would give everyone a nice chuckle!!
I felt really great yesterday. I brought some turkey roast and steamed veggies for lunch and it kept me satisfied until dinner. I didn't snack when I got home and I even managed to fit in a 4 mile run.
I W/in this morning and I am happy to report my gain from last week is gone and I am back at 127!! I was kind of hoping to see a little more of a loss but I am happy that I am back to where I was before last weeks gain!
Today is not going to be as easy, I have lunch meeting and we are going to the MN Twins game tonight. I do have a 7 mile training skate scheduled right after work so hopefully that will help balance everything out!
Here is what Tuesday looked like for me...

B - Strawberry Yogurt (1)
B - 1/2 Cup Fiber One (0)
S - WW Chocolate Cake (1)
L - Dill Pickle (0)
L - Apple (1)
L - Roast Turkey and Veggies (4)
D - Buffalo Chicken Pizza (12)
S - WW Caramel Cake (1)
A - 4 Miles (+2)

Total 20/19

How cute!!!!! He is going to be a great daddy one day to your kids. I wish my sister lived closer to me b/c I know she would spoil my son even more than she already does and she would take him like you do after work with Rosie.

Congrats on your loss. With all that training you are doing, you are gaining some awesome muscle!!

Great job on the loss! I think I need to invest in a kiddie pool for my yard. It's 100 degrees today! :)
