I know that today is going to be tough to get a nap in and I most likely will not get to bed before eleven. I am going up north to visit family tomorrow after work so I need to get everything packed up tonight as well as get in a 6 mile run. Derek said he would take care of dinner and laundry while I was finishing up at work so at least I don't have that to worry about.
Yesterday actually didn't go as bad as I thought it could. I took large amounts of salad and a small serving of the healthiest looking pasta dish. I did treat myself to one of the delicious dessert bars though (it was soooo good). Derek and I shared a Hot Dog, an order of Fries and some popcorn for dinner (which means I didn't eat much of it) as well as managed to get 4.5 miles of skating in (I know I was supposed to get in 7 but the weather was not on my side and I was dehydrated)!
