I don't have much time...

This is going to be short. I have a full days worth of work to get done in 4 hours! Well, we are moved out of the old town house and living out of boxes in the new house. I love it, I love everything about the new house (except the temporary insanity). Derek is at home today working on getting shelves put up in the closet and getting the last few items out of the town home. On that note, Derek was laid off last Friday... it was somewhat of a surprise (we thought he had till the end of the month). I can't say too much about it but it has to do with the fact that he is a diabetic, it is unfair and we are currently meeting with a lawyer. Derek is doing okay with everything...he is hurt though, he really liked his job and was great at it.
I ate anything and everything this past weekend. French fries covered in cheese, bacon and ranch dressing, fajitas, pizza (twice), doughnuts, I was seriously horrible! I am afraid to get on the scale, but I am back on track today. I packed a healthy breakfast and I have lunch and dinner at home. I have 2 midterms this week so I will be busy and hopefully will not have enough time to stuff my face!!!
I will be checking in on everyone, I don't have Internet at home until next week so bare with me!!

Girl! You like stress, don't ya?? ;)

I hate that Derek got laid off. But glad to hear you are speaking to a lawyer. You are right--it is not fair. I hope you get some resolution soon.

Congrats on the new house. Sounds like you will be very happy there.

Good luck on the mid-terms. Just think you are almost done...

Have a great Monday!

Oh and no I didn't get dinner either. I had a bag of popcorn. Yeah, real special, huh? ;)

YAY for the new home. Sorry things are hectic right now but I hope they settle down soon. I can't believe Derek got laid off because of his diabetes. That is total discrimination and I hope that it all works out. Have a great week and remember to BREATHE, you can do anything!
